How to shop

1. Select the appropriate Lumitector sheet for your Palm model and enter the quantity you desire. (One unit= two Lumitector sheets)
a) View the products' pages. If you see a product you want, enter the quantity you
desire in the "Quantity" space provided.
b) Click on the Order button.
c) Repeat these steps until you are ready to check out or wish to verify the contents of your shopping cart.

2. To verify the contents of your shopping cart please click on "Shopping Cart"

3. Checkout: When you are ready to send your order, please click on "Casher" and go to our secure order form.

4. Order form: Please fill in all the required details correctly before submitting your
order.
*If you want to inquire about your order, please enter your order number as shown on
the Order Sheet and click "Inquiry".

Order terms

You will receive an "Order Confirmation Mail" after you place your order with Frontfield online .
If you do not receive confirmation of your order within a few days, either there has been
an Internet error or the email address may not have been filled in correctly. In either
case please fill out and send the order form to us again, writing that you did not receive
an "Order Confirmation Mail"

Shipping

The Lumitector will be sent by AirMail and should arrive within 5-10 days, depending
on the country from which you order.

Return & Exchange

At Frontfield our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
We will accept the cancellation and return of goods
purchased as long as we are notified within 7 days of the date of delivery.
1. Send us an email specifying the following information:
Your full name
The name of the product and quantity purchased
Your email address
2. Return the products in the same packaging as you received them
Please send the package by registered AirMail and make sure you keep the receipt safely.
